Once ordered we will contact yourself and ask you to choose your delivery week, from the following options.

Week 1) 25th – 29th November

Week 2) 2nd – 6th December

Week 3) 9th – 13th December

Week 4) 16th – 20th December

Once you’ve chosen your preferred week, we will deliver the tree on a day that works for you

Yes we offer free delivery on every order, to the areas we cover

Yes, you must be in to receive the tree. However we can leave the tree in a safe place, but deliveries will only be left unattended and without a signature if you give us permission to do so. However, goods are left at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of your goods.

Yes, our prices are very competitive. We offer the cheapest prices online in the region. We also include Free Delivery and a Free Log base unlike others.

Yes, if you request to, we can arrange a video call so you can choose the exact tree you are going to recieve, without leaving the house. However if the tree has already been dispatched or delivered this is not possible.

Yes, we can offer same day collection (or any day) if you want to pick it up instead of getting the tree delivered.
